Arcis Candy Return Policy

At Arcis Candy, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns, except for defective products.

If you receive a defective item, you must submit a request via our website contact form within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a description of the issue. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or refund for the defective product.

Ensure your shipping address is correct.

Orders returned as undeliverable will incur shipping costs.

Re-delivery (U.S. only) requires an additional shipping fee.

Items must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify.
